But it was in Mullumbimby where she developed to a much higher level, she was exposed to alternative therapies working as a GP at the Northern Rivers Community, she met the other side to Western views, learning and researching about natural ways to heal. Dr Gabriela is proud of having found the fine line, a real sense of balance, to get the best of the two medicines for overall improvement; a unique Holistic Western view with the whole-hearted purpose of improving people’s health.

She worked in that area for more than 5 years and assisted a community living off the grid, unvaccinated children and people refusing treatment; helping them make a fully informed decision and thoroughly applying her extensive experience in cancer management and chronic disease management etc.

Interest: Dr Gaby is passionate about health, she is s compassionate bilingual doctor and adviser, on how to find the best way to improve life while understanding and supporting the patient’s perspective, and applying harm minimisation techniques to everyday situations.

After 25 years of experience as a doctor, Dr Gaby has found the position where she is meant to be, one of the reasons for her existence, by loving and serving the Carrara and Nerang community by implementing a holistic approach to her practice in Gold Coast.
